S. STYLIANOU & CO LLC was founded by Stelia Stylianou, the firm’s Founding Partner. Prior to establishing her own practice, Stelia has gained diverse experience by serving in positions as an in-house legal counsel of a large hedge fund manager, a senior corporate & commercial advocate, a real estate transaction & immigration counsel as well as a head of the investment funds & financial services practice of a major local law firm.

Stelia has developed a strong record of successful high profile multi-million corporate & real estate transactions as well as immigration cases, and has advised a range of local and international firms in the funds & financial services industry.
